Christo is an accomplished and award-winning actor, producer with over 15 years of experience in the film business. He grew up in Minneapolis, where he pursued a potential career in baseball. That all changed when a sports injury and a lead role in a Miller Lite commercial caused Christo to reassess his options. So, in 1997, he moved out to Los Angeles and dedicated himself to a career in the film industry, first, as an actor and eventually as a producer/actor. His first feature-length film Inside Irvin saw him do double-duty as lead producer and lead actor. He won several awards for his efforts. Christo and Roger M. Mayer started Brooklyn Reptyle Films in 2002 and served as its core production team. Brooklyn Reptyle Films, a multi-media production company whose primary goal is to create compelling content. Together they created nine feature-length films, three full-length documentaries, twenty five shorts, music videos, Internet webisodes, and commercials. Christo’s film The Rambler which stars Dermot Mulroney, Natasha Lyonne and Lindsay Pulsipher premiered at the Sundance Film Festival 2013 and was picked up by Anchor Bay.
